Great location: From our location we could easily access trams but we usually walked to wherever we wanted to go. It was about 18 mins to San Bento train station. Safe and secure apartment with air conditioner. We had everything we needed to cook à simple meal , a great shower and comfortable bed. Everything was great.

I've stayed in several units and they've all been clean, well equipped and supplied (including coffee/tea for a couple of nights, washing up liquid, clothes detergent where applicable) with easy check-in and check-out. A few idiosyncrasies - it's a long walk in the dark from the bedroom to the bathroom and the light switches are all at the destination - and daytime construction noise is pretty much inevitable in Porto. You may also have to timeshare the various electrical appliances with the one plug on the counter top. But you will struggle to find better value or quality in a serviced apartment.
