Check-in is self-service, 24/7, via a keybox. We send the code by email and WhatsApp the day before arrival. No need to meet us in person.

Yes, pets are welcome in all 19 apartments, at no extra fee. We just ask you to let us know when booking and to keep pets off beds and sofas.

Can I store luggage before check-in?

Yes! If the apartment is available, we can arrange a free early check-in. Otherwise, we have partnerships with secure luggage storage nearby.

Does the apartment have parking?

The apartment doesn't have private parking, but there are several public car parks within walking distance. We send a complete list with the most affordable options after booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer two rates: a flexible rate with free cancellation (full refund) up to 14 days before arrival, and a cheaper non-refundable rate. You choose when booking.

Great location: From our location we could easily access trams but we usually walked to wherever we wanted to go. It was about 18 mins to San Bento train station. Safe and secure apartment with air conditioner. We had everything we needed to cook à simple meal , a great shower and comfortable bed. Everything was great.

I've stayed in several units and they've all been clean, well equipped and supplied (including coffee/tea for a couple of nights, washing up liquid, clothes detergent where applicable) with easy check-in and check-out. A few idiosyncrasies - it's a long walk in the dark from the bedroom to the bathroom and the light switches are all at the destination - and daytime construction noise is pretty much inevitable in Porto. You may also have to timeshare the various electrical appliances with the one plug on the counter top. But you will struggle to find better value or quality in a serviced apartment.
