Who are monthly stays for?

Vibrant Host Solutions' long stays are for anyone who needs a ready-to-live-in home in Porto for one to six months: remote work or relocation, professional and academic assignments, renovation works at home, or families between houses. All apartments are in Bonfim and nearby, minutes from the metro and the historic centre.

Unlike a traditional lease there is no long-term contract, no furniture to buy and no utility accounts to open: you arrive, collect the keys by self check-in and start living.

Conditions and pricing

The minimum price is €1,500 per 30 nights, for a one-bedroom apartment in low season (November to March), with utilities, Wi-Fi and cleaning included. There is no single monthly rate: the price depends on the time of year, the length of stay and the apartment; in high season (June to September, New Year and Easter) availability for monthly stays is limited and prices are different.

Are water, electricity, gas and internet included?+
Yes. The monthly price includes water, electricity, gas and fibre Wi-Fi, with no accounts to open and no settlement at the end of the stay.
Is this a rental lease?+
No. It is a stay in licensed short-term accommodation, with an invoice, without a long-term lease, guarantor or furniture to buy. Arrive with your suitcase and start living.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes, a refundable deposit, returned at the end of the stay after checking the apartment. The amount is stated in the proposal.
Can you invoice my company?+
Yes. We issue the invoice in the guest's name or the company's name, useful for expense claims and relocations.
Can I change dates or extend my stay?+
Yes, subject to availability. Let us know in advance and we adjust the proposal. In high season an extension may not be possible.
Are pets accepted on long stays?+
Yes. Pets are welcome in all our apartments. Just mention the pet in your request.
